I really enjoy using the AB Doer360. Would highly recommend.

I bought my abdoer a few years ago! I really like the DVD and the exercises! It's great for my back! In the DVD the abdoer diet is talked about! I never received the Do N.o.t. Diet! I've always wanted to try it! Even the quick film of John talking about it shows very little about the wheel meals!! I would love to see more about it! Thank you!

I am feeling better after stretches on a doer. I wish i could find the diet tho and it was difficult to find daily esercises so i sent it to my emails so i could get it from there.

I am enjoying my abdoer. I am 81 and hurt my back in a fall 2 years ago and can’t exercise on floor because i can’t get back up. This lets me stretch and exercise, which i feel will strengthen my core, which is exactly what i need! I wish i could talk to someone tho to find out where to find the menu suggested. I also have to work at getting the guide to exercise. It’s probably due in part to not being as tech savvy as i used to be

Only piece of exercise equipment I own. Targets everything!!!!!!! Totally felt it after the first time. Surely I find the best piece of exercise equipment around!!!!!!!
