I'm always happy with my AbDoer, I've been using it for yours.

I'm about to turn 59, and I have 2 autoimmune diseases that limit my mobility! Getting up and down off the ground has been a huge roadblock in my ability to work out, even doing yoga. I am in the middle of doing the 60 day challenge and love my results. I have sjogrens syndrome and felt stiff all the time. This machine has given me the ability to stretch and move and even work out! I am loving how I feel. I was worried I had lung issues. Turns out my chest muscles just needed a good stretch. First thing each morning I just sit for a few minutes and get a good, total body stretch. Thank you! I look forward to many years with the Ab Doer for my health, and the way my core is shaping up is a huge bonus

I LOVE the Abdoer 360 and DVD workouts included in the package, as well as the attachments you can add to your order. In April 2021 I had rotator cuff surgery and then December 2021 total knee replacement. Recovering from these two surgeries hindered the workouts on my current home gym machine since I couldn't kneel or use the pull straps. After seeing a TV ad for the Abdoer 360 I ordered one and have been able to do strength training, cardio workouts, and muscle toning without any stress or strain on my shoulder or knee. The Abdoer 360 lets me sit and exercise!
